Urad dal -1/4 cup
Idly rice-2 cup
Coriander leaves one bunch
Soak Idly rice and Urad dal for 2 hrs and make a batter for idly.
Then cut the carrot, put into the mixer, add one cup of batter into it make a orange colour batter.
Now add coriander into the mixer add one cup of plain batter and make a green batter.
Take a idly pan switch on the flame, in a idly plate pour carrot batter one side, white batter, at last green batter.
Cook for 7 mts, off the flame.
Serve the idlies.
