Seeraga Samba Mutton Biriyani

Ingredients
Seeraga Samba rice – 2cups
Mutton-1/2 kg
Biriyani masala required amount
Ghee-3 spoon
Wholespices
Onion big -2nos
Tomato -2 nos
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste, curd, mint & coriander

Steps:
Soak Seeraga Samba rice for 10 mts.
Take a pressure cooker add mutton ½ kg some salt, turmeric add water, cook the meat for Tender & Keep it in a side.
Take a heavy pan & add ghee & groundnut oil, add whole spices fry for one mts & add onion slice saute till the onions are nicely brown & caramelized it will take 10 mts .
Add ginger garlic paste and then tomato, after tomatoes saute for one mt.
Now add biriyani masala and herbs for taste, and some curd also.
Now add mutton stock for 3 to 4 glass depends on rice.
After the stock boils add a rice into the cooker without weight, for 15 mts in a low flame.
Now off the flame, put it in dum for 5 mts and then give rest for 10 mts and Serve.
