Multi Millet Cake

Ingredients:


Rigelspices millet convert into flour
(ragi, little millet, pearl millet)-3/4 cup
20 seedless dates
Badam, cashew
Wheat flour-3/4 cup
Oil-1/3 cup
Brown sugar-1/4 cup
Honey-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1 spoon
Baking soda, baking powder-1 tsp
Butter for grease the mould

Steps:


Take a large bowl add 20 seedless chopped dates, add 1 and half cup of milk soak with dates for 3 hrs.
After 3 hrs blend the soaked dates.
Transfer the dates paste to the bowl.
Add 1tsp vanilla essence to the dates paste.
Add 1/3 cup of oil, add ¼ cup + I tsp of brown sugar, and also ¼ cup of honey and mix well.
Now add ¾ cup of Rigelspices multi millet flour, add ¾ cup of wheat flour together.
Now add 1 tsp of baking powder& 1 tsp of baking soda.
Mix well by using cut & fold method.
Now grease, dust the mould of your choice.
Add the batter to the mould and top it with nuts of your choice.
Now bake at 180 degrees for 30 mins.
After do the knife test, and your healthy cake is ready.
