Ingredients:
Ponni rice -1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Milk -1/2 cup
Ghee-2 spoon
Nuts for garnish
Steps:
Soak and wash the rice.
Boil for 25 mts, then the rice becomes soft.
After rice cooked add ½ cup of milk, cook for 5 mts.
Then smash the rice gently, now add sugar for taste.
Other side fry the nuts with ghee , mix with the rice.
Then serve.
