Ulundhu Laddu

Urad Dal – 1 cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Sugar- ½ cup
Nuts – 2 spoon

Dry roast the urad dal in a pan for 10 mts in a low flame until its slightly change the colour.

Then grind the dal into powder and also grind the sugar.

Then mix everything with ghee & make a balls and store for one week.
