Ingredigents
Kattuyanam rice-2 cup
Jaggery-1 cup
Grated coconut-1 cup
Cardamom powder
Salt one pinch
Ghee
Steps:
Wash & Soak rice for 4 hrs.
Spread it on clean white cloth, dry it under fan for 15-20 min.
In a pan add Jaggery 1 cup pour water, still well till the jaggery get dissolves, stain it to a clean bowl.
Grind the coarse powder, then add jaggery water into the flour mix with hand.
Add grated coconut & cardamom powder.
Then the dough is ready, mould to shape as per your wish.
And place it in the streamer for 10 mins.
Then serve hot kollukattai.
